I have contacted the bank and they said they don’t provide support for the online version of Quicken. The bank is First Natl Bank of Central Texas and I use Quicken Connect. I can’t see a pattern to determine if it is a specific type of transaction that doesn’t download. Not all transactions download from my bank. If you can’t select a date range when you try to download from your bank, it means that you’re only able to download new transactions after the statement closing date.
